This year we've hand cut and dehydrated our end of season Blood Limes which look beautiful and are full of flavour.
Eat them as they are or use them as an edible decoration on your cakes or as a garnish with poultry, seafood and meat dishes.
Or soak them in water for 1 hour until reconstituted. Then use in drinks, soups, stews or with chicken, in baking and with chocolate.
Alternatively grind them into a powder and use as a spice or sprinkle them over a cake and seafood.
We like to use them in our tea.
