Aniseed Myrtle Essential Oil can be used as a licorice-style flavouring in cooking.  It has a relaxing quality when used in massage and oil burners.  Aniseed Myrtle Oil is also used as a fish attractant when fishing.

Aniseed Myrtle Oil  (Backhousia anisata) is known to have bactericidal properties and is stimulating to the nervous and immune systems.
