Add them to your Christmas pudding recipe with some lemon myrtle spice for an Australian native spin.
Or soak them in water for 1 hour until reconstituted. Then use in tea, drinks, soups, stews or with chicken, in baking or with chocolate.
Alternatively, grind them into a powder and use as a spice or sprinkle them over a cake.
