The Blood Lime Dust is a gorgeous colour and has a tasty, zingy, sherbet feel and flavour on the palate.
Use as a spice with meat and poultry dishes and curries.
Sprinkle on seafood for a delicious native lime flavour, mix dust in cake recipes or use for decoration.
Alternatively mix with sugar to decorate rims of cocktail glasses or add some salt and have with shots. Great for the silly season!!
