This year we've dehydrated and finely ground our end of season Blood Limes.
The Dust is full of flavour and beautifully coloured. It has a tasty, zingy, sherbet feel and flavour on the palate. This combined with organic sugar is a wonderful addition to cocktails and desserts.
Use to coat the rim of your cocktail glass and enjoy the flavour!
Also use in baking - sprinkle on cakes for decoration and flavour.
Alternatively use as a spice with meat and sprinkle on seafood - especially scallops.
